You also have the option of viewing the property you want to buy in person. Our real estate experts will provide you with professional support during your viewing, from the details of the contract to the purchase of the property.

If you want to save yourself the hassle of the traditional rental process, schedule viewing appointments online, self-tour the apartment independently of the time, and want to benefit from a simple and convenient online rental process, then you've come to the right place.

On the one hand, apartment sellers (owners, property developers, project developers, estate agents) benefit from the latest, automated marketing options, which lead to more efficient brokerage. On the other hand, the situation is made easier for apartment seekers who are interested in renting a property quickly and conveniently and/or would like to view a property for sale independently and spontaneously at short notice.

Since the ordering principle came into force in Austria on July 1, 2023, the commission for apartments is paid by the person who commissions the service ("first-party principle"). You can see all additional costs transparently and conveniently directly on the page of your dream apartment.

With the digitally signed rental offer, you upload the following documents required by the owner:

• Copy of your official photo ID (passport or identity card)
• Tenant self-assessment
• Proof of income (pay slip for the past 3 months for the tenant and any guarantors)

If you like the apartment you have visited and would like to rent it, you can do this conveniently from your smartphone: simply submit the corresponding rental offer digitally, upload the required documents, and, once accepted by the owner, sign your rental agreement online. Finished!

First find the rental apartment you want on our website, book your viewing appointment conveniently online and receive a personal door code that you activate via an app. This code enables you to visit the property in your chosen time slot.

If you want to visit other apartments (e.g. on-site), you check with your smartphone which free time slots are available, book yourself in and receive a new Airkey code to get to the desired apartment.
